Another simplified was to get some key insight into your child’s astrology chart is to look at the dominant Mode or quality used to express the energy of the elements. The qualities indicate the "mode of behavior" they operate from. There care three characterized ways of operating in Astrology called Qualities or Modes.
Cardinal (initiating) - Aries, Cancer, Libra, Capricorn
Fixed - (Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, Aquarius)
Mutable (changeable) - Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, Pisces)
